Job Description

The RoleHain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager- Spreads & Drizzles for Histon. In Histon, we manufacture a host of ambient sweet spreads and jellies for our grocery brands. These includes Hartleysjams and jellies, Gales honey, Rosesand Robertsons marmalades.The role of the Senior Brand Manager is to drive profitable growth of the branded and own label Spreads and Drizzles portfolio. This is a role which puts the candidate in the lead seat to maintain and grow several iconic brands - including Hartleys Jam,Sun Pat, Robertsons, Frank Coopers, and Clarkes to name a few. In addition to this the candidate will need to take a portfolio approach to the entire category, including the role of Own LabelKey Responsibilities:

  • To drive projects through the business to a set process, with a particular focus on NPD
  • To lead cross-functional team working across the business and influence key parties to deliver the project objectives
  • To formulate marketing & commercial plans that fulfil company strategic objectives
  • To monitor the marketing expenditure on a regular basis and manage to the budget or latest forecast
What you will need for the role / what it will take:
  • Degree in any at 2:1 or above
  • 6 years marketing/brand management, experience within FMCG is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
