Job Description

Davies group are working with a global Biopharmaceuticals business who are looking for a IT Project Manager, to work within the Enterprise Delivery and End User Services. Supporting multiple teams, this role would be delivering projects aligned to End UserServices (EUS) and End User Computing (EUC). This role will require you to work flexibly across time zones.Job Description

  • This role will involve Service Desk Integration.
  • Service Desk Chatbot
  • Unified Printing services set up
  • Work with project team members (technical and non-technical) to identify, communicate and manage project changes, risks, and issues
  • Ability to manage several projects through the full project life cycle process
  • Monitor and report project status and performance
  • End point device management and operating systems
  • Windows 11 upgrades on end point devices
  • Implementing End Point Compliance reports
  • Software delivery enhancements
  • Primarily a remote role, may require 1/2 times a month to commute to London or Cambridge
  • 6 Month contract (High chance of extension)
Qualifications
  • Experience with managing projects using agile project management methodology is a must.
  • Great written and communication skills to run calls with technical staff and manage business updates is a must.
  • The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously with different business areas and stakeholders is a must.
  • Certification in Agile and or Lean is a plus.
  • Service Desk Integration experience
  • Windows 10/11 Upgrade experience
