New role for a qualified Finance Business Partner working for a fast growing business based on the outskirts of Cambridge. Reporting to the Head of FP&A this is an excellent time to join the business. You will support the operational part of the business and owning the following areas of analysis. Ownership of the company work force planning analysis. Design and management of the company wide headcount modelling and reporting. Manage the company developmentroadmap and capital expenditure plan. Functional business partnering, including Chief Operational Officer, Chief People Officer and the country operational leadership teams. Design and support the initiative for operational transfer charging by business unitacross the group.You will have the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and use this to influence decision making. Experience in modelling and analysing large volumes of data and interpretation of financial information and be able to influence and challengeat a senior level to drive change.
