Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager who is looking for a role that will allow complete ownership of the department, work with highly experienced and longstanding colleagues and be proud to work for a market leader who hold an enviable reputation in their sector If you take real pride in your ability to run an efficient and effective pick, pack and despatch operation, then Id be keen to hear from you. This family owned, largest UK supplier, have a highly experienced team of 3 in place and are looking for you to come on board to oversee the well run warehouse operation. Duties will include but not be limited to; ·Allocating incoming orders to team·Inventory control using Sage ·Operating Counterbalance and Narrow Aisle Fork Lift ·Be the company First Aider and Fire Marshal (training given)·Managing staff incl; monitoring absence, managing holiday, dealing with appraisals, general motivation ·Overseeing all facilities and H&S aspects within the Warehouse This role is fast paced, reasonably physical and will require you to have a hands on approach. You will be working in a countryside, rural area with a clean product and environment. Youll have the opportunity to apply not only your previous Warehouse Management experience but your excellent planning ability, diligence and methodical approach. The salary on offer is competitive and relevant to skills/experience and will also include regular financial rewards and recognitions. Mon-Fri day hours. Free parking. 25 days hols + BH Required skills
