Job Description

Pure are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity working as a recruitment coordination for a well know life science business located in South Cambridge. This is a full-time role which offers hybrid working form home and in their amazing offices! Job Role The role will be providing a professional, high quality and wide-ranging recruitment administration service to the recruitment and immigration team by providing first line administrative support to all parts of the recruitment process. Job Responsibilities

  • Providing professional and efficient first point of contact service for recruitment queries in order to maintain high standard of customer service:
  • Monitoring and managing the recruitment team inbox
  • Dealing with general queries independently, promptly, professionally and providing first line advice where appropriate
  • Ensure hiring managers are directed to follow correct procedures and are supported where necessary
  • Escalating/ redirecting queries upwards as necessary whilst continuing to assist and maintain awareness in the resolution to build on going knowledge and understanding
  • Advertising jobs for recruitment campaigns
  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating and communication arrangements for interviews
  • Assisting with the on boarding process for new starters
  • Providing administrative support to ensure the completion of recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain up to date information on job boards and online recruitment channels, take ownership of user accounts
  • Assisting the social media marketing manager with the creation of online materials for job vacancies and social media promotion
Skills required
  • Previous administration experience, preferably within a busy, customer focused HR Environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, procedures and legal compliance
  • Experience of using a recruitment ATS
  • Strong IT Skills, proficient user in Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook
