Job Description

Machine Learning Scientist Cambridge HQ£40,000-£55,000 per annumOverview:Our client is an exciting new Bio-Tech start up, who have secured millions of pounds worth of funding, to revolutionise antibody therapeutics. This is an incredible opportunity to join a business at the start of its life-cycle, with the opportunity to impacttechnologies, processes and technical direction of the Data Science Division. You will be reporting directly to the Data Science Lead, who is an experienced Manager within the Life Sciences industry, who can help develop and progress your career, whilst givingyou the creative freedom to impact the business.Responsibilities:

  • Developing and applying Machine Learning methods.
  • Have exposure to NLP and/or Representation Learning etc.
  • Research new ML approaches for antibody discovery
  • Analysing large volumes of high-dimensional data
  • Working collaboratively with founders, scientists and research groups
  • Keeping up to date on new discoveries, methodologies and approaches
Essential Skills:
  • PhD in STEM subject.
  • Background in Python and relatable deep learning frameworks.
  • Commercial experience with biological data and being able to deploying machine learning models into production.
  • Must have Life Sciences experience.
  • And, be a team player.
