Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Learning & Engagement team nestled inside the Human Resources function.As Learning and Engagement Administrator your role will focus on providing first class administrative support; including scheduling training and events, responding to general queries, diary management, course evaluation and using our Learning Management System.Youll be an experienced administrator with strong administration skills, be competent in working with Outlook and Microsoft and have a can do attitude! Essential Skills

  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and proven skills around accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with a proactive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work within and contribute to a team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Sound IT skills including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Other information Whilst the developments around COVID-19 continue to evolve, the Wellcome Genome Campus is closed for all but essential functions and facilities.People remain at the centre of everything that we do and the majority of our staff are now working remotely to ensure continuity of operations, making use of remote communication and collaboration tools.Interviews will be taking place virtually and the successful candidate should expect to be fully supported through remote on-boarding and working from home until the Campus re-opens to all staff.
