We would love to speak to you if you are looking for a L&D / OD role on an interim basis for 12 months This role is being offered on a hybrid working basis with at 1 or 2 days a week at the clients offices in south Cambridgeshire.The main focus of this role is to support the organisation in developing a set of generic role profiles which will cover duties and responsibilities linked to behaviours. This informationwill then be available for all employees to access to understand theircareer path within the organisation.This will support the enhancedappraisal process and give greatertransparency in promotions and succession planning and career development.The ideal person will have experience in developing and creating career path from a L&D background, be a skilled communicator who can interactat all levels includingboard level.
