CAFM Coordinator Building and Facilities Management

Job Description

We are looking for a strong CAFM Coordinator to join our Building and Facilities team on a fixed term maternity contract for 12 months. About the role:You will carry out the day-to-day management of the Computer Aided Facilities Management system which supports the maintenance works within the Campus buildings and grounds.Maintain the CAFM data base to ensure that all relevant Campus assets are captured and the correct level of planned preventative maintenance has been assigned. Ensure that all parties are synchronised with the planned maintenance schedules and only undertake authorised planned works in line with these schedules.Provide the facilities management team with performance information against agreed SLA and KPI frameworks to aid contract variation and budgetary management.Responsible for controlling all engineering changes to Campus plant, equipment and facilities under Customer Services control. Manage a strict change process for system administration roles, permissions and templates. Essential Skills

  • Strong experience maintaining databases
  • Strong understanding of planning and maintenance scheduling
  • Excellent data entry and data analysis skills, with an exceptional eye for detail
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and external
  • A logical problem solver with good decision making capabilities
  • Proactive self-starter with outstanding customer focus
  • Able to produce timely, accurate management data and reports
  • Understanding of change processes and documentation control
  • Ideal Skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of FM Maintenance Planning software tools
  • Working knowledge of CAFM Explorer suite of products
  • Experience within the Facilities Management Sector
  • Awareness of SFG20
  • Previous experience within a Pharma or Research establishment
