Waste Management Driver£25,409 up to £27,852 per annum pro rata (This salary includes a market supplement)37 hours per week, on a permanent contractWe currently have a vacancy for suitably qualified Driver to carry out operational duties within the Waste Management Section.Your role will include being responsible for a small team collecting household and commercial waste (mainly contained in wheeled bins and sacks) from properties across the borough via a 26T Refuse Collection vehicle.You must hold a category C licence and be physically fit, able to walk long distances each day, move wheeled bins, sacks and any other waste as required. A focus on excellent customer service is essential for this key frontline service.
