Job Description

Utilities Coordinator: LeicestershireOur client, an established independent connections provider are looking to add a utilities coordinator to their busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide variety of utilities projects with a company that offers real progression.To apply for this role you must have previous experience working as a utilities coordinator (electric, water or gas) or experience of scheduling work in an engineering environment.Responsibilities:

  • The provision of timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries to ensure that accurate information is provided, and problems are resolved
  • Ascertaining utility requirements from customers
  • Working closely with design and installation partners on utility projects
  • Administrative support for new site connections
  • Assisting project managers on various projects
  • Assisting at all stages of planning and delivery of the utility works across each project
  • Ensuring each project causes minimal disruption
  • Providing regular progress updates to clients
  • Making regular site visits
