We require a member of staff within the Housing and Community Safety team to provide a front line customer focussed housing service, working within the Tenancy Management team.The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a variety of tenancy management issues across their patch. This can include but is not limited to; maximising rental income, enforcing the tenancy conditions, supporting and signposting vulnerable tenants and dealing with sensitive issues.Candidates must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate well at all levels; have initiative, work well in a team and have experience of working with vulnerable people and dealing with sensitive issues both on the phone and by interviewing members of the public. Candidates will also be required to work both from the office and within tenant’s homes on a regular basis. You should also have good ICT including Microsoft Office packages and have the flexibility needed to conduct some out of hours working. Required skills
