A large, lively, and successful SEN school based in Hinckley are looking to take on a Support Worker to join them on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible. The SEN school caters for students from Key Stage 1 to 4 with complex needs, such as autism,MLD, SLD and SLCN.The school aim to provide an outstanding and supportive learning environment which challenges students to achieve success. The core learning values, which are at the centre of the curriculum, focus upon developing the students resilience and ability tomake informed life choices. This role could lead to the opportunity of further professional development to train as a Senior TA or HLTA. Key tasks are to support and develop the educational environment for the students, to include extending their curriculumskills, social skills, and personal development.
