Job Description

SEO- Up to £40,000- Full-time- Office based- Hinckley, LeicestershireWe are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are currently looking for an SEO to join their sales and marketingteam.About the job:In this role, you will be responsible for optimising the company’s web pages and content across all platforms. You will facilitate high-level content analysis and keyword research to ensure alignment of content, tags, and titles with organic search strategies.You will be tasked in optimising both online and offline sources.Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing an SEO roadmap - technical SEO, on page and off page (backlinking and PR)
  • Maintaining overall alignment with business goals
  • Defining and tracking relevant KPI’s - conversation rate, click rate, bounce rate, leads and deals
  • Identifying SEO issues and implementing solutions
  • Overseeing content relevance
  • Designing keyword discovery and link-building strategy
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects e.g. link building
  • Collecting data and reporting on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
  • Working with social media and PPC teams to optimise campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with SEO and integrated marketing trends
You
  • At least 3 years’ SEO experience
  • Experience of working in SEO without agency support
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, screaming frog, Google Analytics etc.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related
On Offer
  • Annual salary up to £40,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
