Bosworth Homecare has been a leader in helping people to live at home independently for 25 years. Whilst always striving to promote dignity, compassion and independence, we also believe in companionship, and the invaluable social aspect our carers provide with our services.To support organisational growth, we are looking for a reliable Senior Carer to support our South team who cover Market Bosworth, Hinckley, Barwell, Desford and surrounding areas.This is a highly rewarding role, which will begin with our accredited training programme for all new carers, regardless of their experience. You will then also receive training for the below:Duties:• Perform assessments and write care plans for new service users• Partake in On Call duty• Carry out spot checks and supervisions• Cover care calls when necessary (includes outside of working hours - paid separately)• Ensure a high standard of Care and CQC regulations are adhered toSkills & requirements:• Experience in social care required• Experience using care management software desired• You must be reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy• Excellent all-round communication skills• Driving licence and own vehicle• All applicants will have to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide satisfactory references.Benefits:• Highly rewarding role with excellent career progression.• A fun, growing, family like team• Salary £9.25 - £10.25 per hour/Bank Holiday hourly rate £13.85 - £14.10.• Paid accredited training programme with paid shadowing days, and further training on software systems• Further training opportunities and support• Enrolment to company pension scheme after 3 months
