Secretary - Sales Administrator Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours Location: Hinckley PermanentFull Time£24k£30k Per Annum Are you an experienced Senior Sales Administrator seeking a challenging yet varied role where no two days are the same Are you self-motivated and seeking an opportunity to work in a busy environment Then this role could be a perfect fit for you.Our very well established, yet fast growing client is seeking a Secretary Sales Administrator to join their successful team and contribute to the day to day running of the office. You will enjoy working on your own initiative and can multitask undertakinga range of various office tasks and duties.As a Secretary - Sales Administrator:

  • Booking travel arrangements such as flights, ferries, taxis etc.
  • Dealing with customer queries with UK and overseas customers/partners
  • Sending out literature to customers and/or suppliers
  • Arranging import and exports
  • Multitask in the absence of Senior Secretary Sales Administrator
  • Manage your own diary with the ability in prioritising workload
  • All aspects of sales order processing and stock control using Sage 1000
