Sales Team Leader - AutomotiveWe are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Controller who feels the time is right to do something a little different!Our client is a national group of used car centres, with a Head Office in the East Midlands. Within the Head Office is a contact centre, this is where the role is!So the position is essentially managing a team of executives selling cars remotely. They will have more than enough leads, too many in fact! All they have to do is appoint the customer, finance prop them, and send them to site to buy the car. Is so muchmore than a normal contact centre set up. This is why experience in car sales is very much desired as a Team Leader.You will be working a 5 day week, with roughly 1 weekend off a month, and 1 additional Sunday off a month. This is subject to change as the team grows.Working hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Fridays and Saturdays are by far the busiest days.Salary = £25,000 basic with an OTE of £60,000. This is uncapped.We are looking to speak to experienced Sales Controllers / Transaction Managers / Business Managers.The environment is really positive, vibrant and far more less formal than working in a main dealer.
