Sales Manager (Car Finance)Monday - FridayHinckley£40K + Commission (Realistic £60K OTE) + Nice Company Car (Either a Beemer, Merc or Audi)We are looking for a high-flying sales manager who has a solid track record selling finance packages to customers (ideally within the automotive sector) to work at a busy site in the Hinckley area of Leicestershire.This is a super cool role and one where you sell the benefits of car finance to customers who have entered the site via pre-booked appointments make via a telesales department.You will be taking about payment options (HP or PCP), objection handling, guiding the customer on a journey and ensuring that the process from walking into the dealership, to ultimately driving away in a new car - is as smooth and seamless as possible.If you love cars, you love smashing targets, love money and would love a role that offers you the keys to your very own high-end car then this is probably one of the best jobs around.What skills do I need to applyWhilst this is going to be mega popular, we do need to insist on previous skills and experience - these are below:
