Job Title: Freight Forwarder - Road FreightLocation: Hinckley, LeicestershireSalary: £26,000 - £28,000Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pmJob Type: PermanentJob Reference: KT10034Due to expansion, our client who are a 4PL logistics business are looking to recruit an experienced Road Transport Freight Forwarder - You will be joining an existing operations team within a busy subcontract haulage operation.As part of a small team you will be expected to build and maintain good working relationships with both customer and haulier partners, have excellent communication skills and good geographical knowledge of the UK / Ireland.We are keen to hear from candidates with sub-contracting experience within a 4PL and working knowledge of working with hauliers, arranging costs and keeping to the best margins. Participate in "on-call" every third week where you will be provided with a phone and laptop.Progression with the company is available as the company grows.Main Duties
