Job Description

Residential Property SolicitorA well-established, highly reputable West Leicestershire firm are looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team. This role would suit a Solicitor with some experience in residential property or qualified Conveyancer.

The role will include a variety of Residential Property from start to finish matters, including:
  • Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
  • Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Right to buy
  • Lease extensions
The ideal candidate
  • In order to be considered for this position, you should be a qualified solicitor or conveyancer
  • You will be hard working and reliable with strong team working skills
  • You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds
  • Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
