Job Description

The most important part of the job is to give our young people their childhood back and let them be children. As a Deputy Manager,you will be supporting the team in taking care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories.You will be part of a small skilled team of adults, supporting and parenting up to 3 children in one of our beautiful newly refurbished homes across Leicestershire (which includes Coalville, Hinckley and the outskirts of the city) with an experienced anddedicated management team.You will need to be able to commit to sleep-ins and shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
