Job Description

£45,000 p/a + Bonus | 40 Hour Contract - Days | Great Benefits | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Experience Essential | Small Nursing Home - Good CQCSYK Recruitment is currently working with a leading care group to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Care Home Manager to work in their Hinckley care home.This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week on day shifts, with occasional evenings and weekends for quality monitoring purposes.For this Home Manager position, the home is offering an excellent annual salary of £45,000 in addition to the following benefits:

  • A performance-based bonus scheme of up to £9,000

  • NMC renewal fees paid
  • Free uniforms and DBS fee paid
    • The large home offers general nursing care to older adults in a home from home environment, with a busy social diary and extensive facilities to ensure residents lead an active and varied lifestyle whilst being supported by the highest standards of care.Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:
  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD and have completed/are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award
  • From a strong background in elderly care, with experience as CQC Registered Manager of a UK nursing home
  • Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
  • Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
