Job Description

Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with an engineering company based in Hinckley who is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. The Company offers an excellent Induction to support your development with technical sales withinthe construction sector. As a project coordinator you will be an integral part of the future growth of the Engineering department and will be responsible for supporting the Engineering & Sales teams through efficient and effective project tracking. If youare an organised individual with teamwork skills, some commercial awareness and wanting to progress, then this role could be for you.The key responsibilities for the role are as follows;

  • Track all engineering opportunities, identify any gaps and source missing information.
  • Identify projects which would benefit from additional services.
  • Analyse lost opportunities, provide process improvement suggestion.
  • Work with the sales team, by researching and sourcing information.
  • Ensure all reports and KPIs produced are accurate and on time.
  • Respond to any business requests including provision of supporting documentation, system reports etc.
  • Achieve a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following;
  • Experience in customer relations.
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Computer Literate with good IT skills.
  • Actively demonstrate the Values and Behaviours of the business.
  • Understand and work in line with the companys business plan.
