Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative for a large housing provider.A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing broad range of right first time responsive repairs and planned property maintenance works-Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building / construction regulations and legislative requirements.-Ensuring all works are conducted in compliance with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.-Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, right first time, recalls and appointments keptIdeally you will have level 2 minimum in a trade discipline and have experience of day to day carpentry, plumbing, tiling, fencing etc.You must have a full UK driving licence, DBS check, and have good IT skills including use of a PDA system.On target earnings circa £40k.
