Maintenance manager (Building services/Facilities management) Hinckley £45000-£55000 + RENEWABLE ENERGY INDUSTRY + Pension + holiday + Vehicle option + Healthcare Excellent opportunity for a manager from a building services or facilities management background to join a company who operate in the highly sought after renewable energy industry where you will be given full autonomy of the maintenance department. Based in Hinckley this company specialise in the design and installation of renewable energy systems that are supplied into commercial industries. They are looking to double in turnover this year and have further expansion plans for the future. In this role the maintenance manager will be takes with managing the current maintenance and installation engineers, develop PPM systems, develop the department procedures and lead health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will come from a building services or facilities management background where you have managed engineers, designed or developed PPM programs and lead health and safety initiatives. This is a great role for a manager from the building services or facilities management industry to get into the renewable energy industry where you will be able to stamp your mark on the maintenance department and play a major part in this companies growthand development. The role:*Develop working relationships with clients for their PPM work.*Develop new business for PPM works for other GSHP systems installed by others.*Develop quotes for remedial works and PPM works*Scheduling residential Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) service visits for field engineers.*Scheduling commercial GSHP Planned Preventative Maintenance for our current clients and their systems.*Working with Ops Manager to schedule works.*Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.The person:*Experience in building services or facilities management. *Mechanical background *Interested in getting into the renewable energy industry. *Have an appreciation for health and safety, NEBOSH and IOSH. *Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining PPM schedules/ systems.
