Within your role you will ensure business continuity and service delivery aswell as mitigating risk in order to protect the ongoing business.Responsibilities include;

  • Supervision of the implementation and maintenance of Hammonds systems needs to include;
    • Management, recruitment and training f IT staff
    • Netwrk & servers uptime, maintenance and replenishment
    • User service supprt (ITIL/Service Desk)
    • VOIP & mbile estate management
    • Back-ups & DR
    • Netwrk, data and storage security
  • Support from a Technical perspective on Business Solutions Projects
  • Coordinating team and department task in line with business requirement.
About youYou will have a demonstratable experience within a similar role with hands on experience with server management, networks and network administration. A good understanding of network and server architecture (Microsoft OS) is essential for this role alongwith experience in hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance. Knowledge of the following systems is desirable; CISCO and Ubiquity network hardware, Remote Desktop Servers, SQL, Del server hardware, Hyper-VYou should also
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and an logical approach to project management
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively to build relationships across the business at all levels.
  • Have the ability to develop and motivate teams.
