Job Description

Internal Sales Account ManagerIndustria Personnel Services Ltd are advertising on behalf of our Client this is a Temporary role.About Us Our client continues to invest heavily in new technology and facilities to ensure we remain at the forefront of the packaging industry. From design and sampling to printing, die-cutting, creasing, window patching, gluing and folding; all of our servicesare kept in-house ensuring quality control at every single stage.Duties Print, organise and distribute emails from the sales inbox e.g. new orders, quotes, spare part enquiries, technical questions etc.

  • Respond to customer email queries in a timely manner
  • Input/raise new sales orderssending all associated paperwork to the relevant departments
  • Raise orders for spare parts
  • Process debit/ credit card payments
  • Check and sign raised orders prior to these being sent to the warehouse for production
  • Send customers order acknowledgements via email once their order has been processed
  • Answer incoming calls and emails to the sales line and provide advice/ assistance as required
  • Liaise with the Technical Department regarding quotes/technical drawing/technical queries
  • Date and organise incoming mail to the relevant people/ department
  • Organise/ facilitate the despatch of outgoing packages/mail
  • First line answering of phone
  • Taking telephone orders from retailers
  • Liaise with production and despatch regarding realistic lead times
  • Raise quotations
  • Deal with courier regarding non-delivery and tracking issues
  • Arrange collections/returns labels for customers
  • Process returns and liaise with production over any action required
  • Raise credit requests for customer returns
  • Assist in marketing initiatives such as product development, sales promotions, exhibitions, social media campaigns/communication
  • Cover other office staff when absent
  • SAP software Is used
  • Full training provided
  • No qualifications needed
