ICT Digital Analyst Grade 6, £27,514 up to £31,895 per annum pro rata 37 hours per week on a permanent contractDo you want to play a pivotal role in enabling 3 District and Borough councils achieve their Digital transformation ambitionsWe are looking to recruit talented Digital analyst with a passion for delivering high quality digital solutions to improve the delivery of council web services across the whole partnership.This role is crucial to ensure the smooth running of the councils websites, and we need you to recognise the importance of the digital delivery of information and services.The post holder will have strong HTML and CSS hand coding skills as well as a flair for design and an eye for fine detail, strong problem solving skills and an analytical mind set for creating complex online forms.As part of this role, you will be responsible for:Developing and supporting the digital platform (CRM/My Account/Online forms) and council websitesPromotion of new ways of working using digital online services, such as online forms and technology backed process automationLiaising and working with council departments to analyse, determine and deliver contentEnsuring compliance with web standards (WCAG), council policy, with legal requirements and guidelines regarding accessibility and equality of accessWe operate a hybrid working model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable.
