The OpportunityWe are delighted to be partnering with a leading Financial Services institution for a HR Business Partner. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this part-time role (approx. 4 days/week, flexible) involves a range of responsibilities including HR advisory,ER, caseload management, resourcing, engagement, and senior stakeholder partnering. The role also includes collaboration with the L&D team to enhance management skills in performance management and ER issues.
