Housing Support and Administration Officer (Repairs)Grade 3, £23,114 up to £24,294 per annum pro rata37 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a 6 month fixed term contractAn exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and detail orientated Housing Support and Administration Officer. Based predominantly at our Jubilee Building, providing administrative support and excellent customer service in our Housing RepairsTeam to colleagues and customers.As a proactive and self-motivated person, you will work alongside various teams within Housing to ensure system housekeeping is prompt and accurate. You will be able to use your organisational skills to manage your administrative duties in a timely manner,support the team and meet deadlines.You will be able to take calls from our customers, with excellent listening skills and the ability to make a detailed assessment of the call to take the appropriate action. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate they thrive in a busy front-line serviceand can effectively prioritise work.We’re looking for an individual who can work with vulnerable people, with a caring, patient, and sensitive approach.If you feel you can meet this challenge and would like to be part of a friendly and enthusiastic team, we would like to hear from you.We operate a ‘hybrid working’ model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable.
