Working as part of a mobile team you will carry out all aspects of gardening, grounds maintenance and other horticultural tasks at a number of sites throughout the borough and working in an outdoor environment all year round.Duties include:General gardening duties such as maintenance of flower beds, digging, grass cutting, hedge cutting, forking, hoeing, hand weeding bedding, bulbs and shrubs etc Use of horticultural and grass cutting machinery Hard and soft landscaping work; desirable criteria includes experience of fencing, paving and the application of pesticides Assist with external cleaning duties - such as litter picking, sweeping, emptying of litter bins, etc
