Description - Customer ServiceWe are the UKs fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having a vast amount of experience within the industry and having an excellent selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, we are all about keeping customers happy by offeringan excellent customer service.A fast paced and vibrant atmosphere, backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.The role - Customer Service
  • Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer enquires
  • Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
  • Dealing with any customer complaints
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments
  • Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
  • Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed
The Person - Customer Service
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customers experience.
  • Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
  • People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
  • Customer focused - able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.
  • Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
  • Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.
  • A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.
