They understand the positive impact fitted furniture can have on our customers lives and strive to provide positive solutions, genuine care and professional customer serviceadvice.A typical day in the life of our Weekend Customer Service Advisor can include:

  • Contacting customers throughout all stages of the Hammonds Customer Journey.
  • Supporting the Customer Service inboxes and administration.
  • Contacting customers and advising next steps; offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
  • Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
