Job Description

Were a full service estate agency every step of the way, with local agents up and down the country.Yopa have an exciting opportunity available to join our dedicated Customer Resolutions Department based at our Award Winning Customer Contact Centre In Hinckley, Leicestershire, with hybrid working available.Via a variety of channels including telephone, email, letter and social, youll be responsible for liaising across multiple departments to investigate and resolve complaints In a timely manner, keeping our customers In the loop every step of way throughto resolution and final repsonse.Whats On Offer- the Important bit:

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent at multitasking
  • A self-starter who can show they have worked well on their own and as part of a team, demonstrating a real drive and ability to innovate and deliver creative conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving skills and attention to detail is essential
  • Demonstrable and effective Complaints Handling experience is essential
