Job Description

Business Process AnalystLocation: Hinckley (with flexibility to work from home)Salary: Highly CompetitiveOverview:A brilliant opportunity to join a genuine market-leading SME-sized business with a household name as a Business Process Analyst.They are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable individual to join their team.Candidates must have experience in identifying and implementing process change in a fast-paced manufacturing / sub assembly and warehousing / dispatch environment. You will also have experience of implementation of ERP systems in the same environment.The post requires working with your own initiative as well as working towards business goals and objectives as part of cross functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of workflows and identification and delivery of improvement opportunities
  • Documentation of as-is and to-be processes
  • Supporting the implementation of system upgrades and replacements
    • The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Understand the full business processes from goods-in to stock dispatch
  • Have deep knowledge of ERP / MRP systems as used in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Warehousing SME environment with long lead time supply chains
  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of implementing beneficial process change using Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques
  • Have experience of ERP / MRP implementations, ideally Baan ERP and Infor Cloudsuite
  • Be able to organise and prioritise complex workloads
  • Possess the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Work well on their own and as part of cross-functional teams
  • Have good experience of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools
    • Miscellaneous:
  • 35¼ hour working week
  • 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Thursday; 09:00am-16:00pm on Friday
