Job Description

Permanent Contracts to start ASAP! The company is an award-winning business advisory services provider located in Hinckley-LE10 Position: Business Developent Executive (B2B)Salary: £21,500pa - £23,000pa + Comm (OTE £40,000pa uncapped) Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday to FridayRequirements:* Minimum 12 months of proven experience in sales / telemarketing / business development or a similar role.* Ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.* Driven by ambition and own results.* Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.* Ability to communicate effectively with a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business.* Motivated by earning potential and career progression.* Initiative, self-starter, and eager to learn from the companys coaching program.Job Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue provided leads and sales opportunities to promote the companys services. * Make B2B business calls to set appointments with business owners/directors. * Develop a quarterly plan to create sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Manager. * Follow up on provided leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activity. * Achieve quarterly sales targets. * Build, manage, and maintain an individual sales pipeline. * Perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
