Job Description

Together were shaping a cleaner, greener future for our 11 million customers who we put at the heart of everything we do.The Opportunity As an Asset Data Administrator, youll provide administrative support to the Connections or MOBs team. Maintaining excellent quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, youll provide advice and support via different communicationchannels.Key accountabilities

  • Receiving and validating work information to ensure all relevant documents/information are included for asset and or system update; ensuring that they represent an accurate reflection of the activity undertaken on site and held within our core systems
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve/complete any queries with the work information including any design / re-design activities / further investigation/data interrogation activities
  • Ensuring asset records are updated using ESRI and/or SAP in accordance with relevant policies
  • Completing any additional project closure activities where required
  • Working collaboratively with IS to monitor system health and ensure relevant housekeeping is undertaken.
  • Complete ad-hoc administration duties; including MI production, arranging / minuting meetings, etc
  • Responsible for updating Cadents assets within our systems in accordance with Cadent policies, processes, and procedures.
What Youll Bring Were looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience:
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies / associated Local Work Procedures and their applications
  • Working knowledge of ESRI, SAP CRM, and DMS and supporting systems
  • Competent in the use of standard desktop packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Motivated to learn new skills and tools and be flexible to deal with change
  • Self-aware and understand your personal impact on others
  • Work to team SLAs and ensure work is captured to meet daily targets
  • Well organised, motivated, resourceful, and able to demonstrate that you are passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on your own initiative
  • Broad knowledge of Cadents Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
  • Be a completer/finisher with a questioning approach and a keen eye for detail and high quality.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, alongside the ability to build strong working relationships within and outside the immediate team
  • A strategic and ordered thinker with strong technical skills able to analyse data
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within the process
