You would need to understand their issue, follow a process,liase with internal departments to work out the best strategy and keep the customer always updated.Its a busy, fast paced role where you are challenged, kept on your toes and its certainly NOT boring.The office is buoyant, loud, fun and very lively so we are looking for someone who can flourish within that culture.To be considered - you NEED to have the following:
