Job Description

We are looking for a proactive,dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our fantastic Recruitment team.This is a Hybrid role, you will be required to be in our office in Highbury and Islington, 3 days per week. Initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.What you will be doing:

  • Recruit high quality candidates to work in our Residential and Supported Living services.
  • Conduct Initial Pre-Screening.
  • Liaise with Service Manager to ensure all recruitment requirements are up to date.
  • Pro-actively resource candidates for vacancies.
  • Helping devise and coordinate new recruitment initiatives

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Recruitment experience desirable
  • Willing to travel when required
