Operations Manager - Engineering - Highbridge - £competitive My client, a successful precision engineering company, is looking to recruit an operations manager / factory manager / general manager for their established site in Highbridge. The company specialises in the manufacture of metal enclosures and housings for a wide range of applications and products produced by their Customers and has gained an excellent reputation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory sectors The company has recently been taken over by a PLC group and has already had financial investment. They are now looking to recruit an experienced engineering operations manager / factory manager to lead the business. Reporting into the group board you will manage the site including a team of 17 staff and will be responsible for the commercial success on the company The successful fabrications manager will have: ·Previous management experience in an engineering environment, ideally precision metal manufacturing ·Quotation experience ·Excellent communication skills ·A "Can Do attitude" ·Knowledge of Health and Safety This role offers a good salary, 25days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, pension, 39hr working week with an early finish on a Friday. This role will suit an enthusiastic individual who may have previously worked as a workshop manager, fabrications manager, production manager
