Job Description

Apollo Home Healthcare is a national provider of high-quality complex care at home services for adults and children, allowing individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centred care and support.We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven recruiter who is looking to showcase their skills and expertise in the healthcare sector.Recruitment ConsultantHeywood, ManchesterUp to £25k Basic + Team quarterly bonus with potential to earn 1-2k per annum based on targets.What we look for:

All we ask is that you have some recruitment experience and want to make a difference to our service users by providing them with suitable health care professionals that enables them to receive the necessary care within their own homes.This is an extremely rewarding role knowing that you are making a difference to our service users everyday lives by allowing them to remain in their own homes.Main responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
  • Carrying out interviews for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
  • Processing recruitment files and ensuring accuracy when sending through to the Central Team.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions
  • Obtaining compliance documents with the support of our central office team
  • Supporting with the administration of DBS applications and subsequent checks.
  • Booking training sessions at the local office
  • Processing of time sheets
No cold calling will be involved as our central recruitment team will source and screen all candidates prior to arranging any interviews that you will be responsible for carrying out.The role is working in a small dedicated team in a very fast paced environment.Your working hours will be between 09:00 -17:00 Monday - Friday.You will also receive the following benefits:
