Job Description

Purchasing Administrator / Assistant £20,000 - £23,000 plus benefits Greater ManchesterOur client is a well-established technology distributor that is dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative products. Due to their ever-expanding growth, they are now seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their expanding team that will offeron the job training, mentor and development plans to enable you to progress in your career!This role would suit an Administrator who has worked in a sales, buying or supply chain environment who are keen to develop their career within a purchasing or product manager role.Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Understanding the products and differences between each product
  • Working with the sales team to deliver the best price and eta
  • Using the CRM system to forecast and make buying decisions
  • Creating relationships with suppliers to improve business
  • Managing and updating the CRM system to keep information up to date for warehouse/sales and accounts.
  • Liaising with all departments
Key Skills:
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and a driven individual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and confident with a proactive approach to work
  • Good Microsoft office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Local to Greater Manchester
