Job Description

They have a high retention of staff and support them in their personal developmentensuring they help them achieve their career aspirations.Your new role:An urgent requirement has arisen for an Interim HR Advisor to join this leading global business. Supporting the senior management team across all operations as Interim HR Advisor your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Recruitment and selection of office and factory personnel
  • Liaising with senior management to agree job descriptions and requirements, arranging interviews and agreeing offers of employment
  • Providing generalist advice on best practice HR to include absence and sickness management
  • Providing guidance and training on HR best practice
  • Ensuring accurate HR records are maintained
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects
  • Providing general HR and Payroll advice
Skills, experience and qualifications required: For the role of Interim HR Advisor, you will be CIPD qualified and have a good understanding of generalist HR within manufacturing. You will have strong communication skills and enjoy developing relationships with management and staff. We are looking forsomeone who has particular strengths in recruitment and enjoys the fast-paced demands that this comes with, juggling roles and requirements. You will also have strong administration with intermediate to advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Office.
