Reporting to the HR Director and being part of the management team as HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the recruitmentof talent across multi-sites, ensuring the best people are employed, trained and developed; supporting the management team in the provision of best practice HR and the delivery of a wide range of HR projects to include change management and people management.This will be an exciting and challenging role, re-introducing best practice HR into a business which values HR.Other duties as HR Business Parnter will include but not limited to:
