Job Description

Job Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: HeywoodSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annumJob Type: PermanentYour new employer: A world leading manufacturing company. Reporting to the HR Director and being part of the management team as HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the recruitmentof talent across multi-sites, ensuring the best people are employed, trained and developed; supporting the management team in the provision of best practice HR and the delivery of a wide range of HR projects to include change management and people management.This will be an exciting and challenging role, re-introducing best practice HR into a business which values HR.Other duties as HR Business Parnter will include but not limited to:

  • Introduction of and leading employee forums and employee engagement projects
  • Partnering with management in recruitment of a wide range of roles to include advertising, interviewing, recruitment and selection, liaising with recruitment agencies to achieve the best candidates
  • Supporting management in delivering best practice people solutions with a focus on HR projects, engaging multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Coaching and developing managers to assist with complex ER issues
  • Leading on people management and engaging with management to support, coach and train on policies and procedures
  • Delivery of projects relating to organisational change, growth, development, performance management, employee engagement and communication
  • Travelling to other sites 2 days per week with overnight stays
Skills, experience and qualifications required: The successful person will be a highly energised HR Business Partner or similar and qualified to CIPD 7 level. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment - ideally manufacturing.You will be hands-on HR Business Partner with a successful track record of leading on change management and supporting, coaching and delivering training to management staff on new processes and HR initiatives. Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and management. Union experience is ideal but not essential. You must be able to commit to a non-hybrid working arrangement with travel to other sites2 days per week with overnight stays.Whats in it for you With a highly competitive salary, car allowance, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension. permanent health insurance and death in service benefit.
