Job Description

Assistant Installation ManagerHeywood, Greater Manchester

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
Assistant Installation Manager Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 (Dependant on Experience)An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Installation Manager to join the team in the installation department for one of our well established engineering manufacturers based in the Heywood, Greater Manchester area.Your role as an Assistant Installation Manager will include, but not be limited:
  • Manage engineers throughout to maximise productivity.
  • Providing remote technical support to site-based engineers.
  • Ensuring the most efficient operation and jobs are completed in the appropriate time scales.
  • Producing detailed reports and planning.
  • Communicating with stores to keep them up to date with planned works and re-arrange works when required.
  • Promptly responding to requests in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor outstanding jobs to ensure SLA’s are met and installations don’t become escalated.
  • Liaising with subcontractors.

  • Previously worked in a similar engineering environment
  • Played a management position
  • Computer & database skills
  • Excel in people management
  • Strong organisational skills
