This company have an excellent reputation and high levels of staff retention making it a highly sought after organisation to work for.DescriptionThe Accounts & Payroll Assistant role is a 15 Month Fixed Term Contract and will be office based.Reporting to the Finance Manager you will have the opportunity to look after:End to end payroll processing on Sage Payroll- Processing SSP, SMP, pension payments, loan deductions- Weekly check for changes to tax codes and student loans- Pension Auto Enrolment - administrating all tasks including maintenance of employee data, creating auto enrolment pension MA and CO files and uploading- Processing statutory payments- Keeping up to date the monthly salaries spreadsheets- Preparation and posting of payroll journals into SAP. (Training will be given if not experienced on SAP)- HMRC reporting and payments - Monthly and Year End - P60s P11DsFinance- Credit control and aged debtor reporting- Posting of customer receipts on SAP- Processing of employee expenses using Concur and SAP- Processing of payments through the bank accounts- Weekly bank reconciliations (bank statements to SAP, GBP, Euro & USD accounts)- To carry out general finance administration activities within the teamProfileIn order to apply for the role you should:Have some previous experience of Payroll AdministrationHave worked in an accounts/payroll role previouslyBe confident in Excel to v look up and pivot table levelBe able to commute to Heywood(Rochdale) officeBe able to consider a 15 month contractJob Offeropportunity to join sucessful and growing companyFree Parking25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
