Job Description

The OpportunityWe are delighted to be supporting a market leading and innovative business based on the outskirts of Newcastle in their search for a Project Coordinator. This isa growing business where opportunity is plentiful and would suit someone who is career focused.The RoleWorking in a tight-knit team, you are autonomous with your workload. The role is varied and can be very demanding at times.

  • Complete and manage project purchasing requirements
  • As a Project Coordinator you will ensure thedelivery of the supply parts
  • Work with project owners to ensure that accurate financial and resource information is generated
  • General support in all aspects of a contract
  • Assist in generation of documentation packs
  • Communicate with external suppliers and accurately order materials and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staffwhen required
  • Project Coordinators work across different locations in the North East so you would need to be comfortable with travel
The PersonWe are looking for somebody with a strong admin background, the ability to be flexible and work in a team.
