You will mentor, support and coach new staff and draw upon your extensive experience to manage any challenges that may arise.Due to the nature of the role you will need previous experience working on the front line in Childrens Residential Services. You will also need to have a full UK driving license (with access to a car for your commute) and ideally have achieved your Level3 diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent or be willing to undertake this within 2 years.
