But you will need the organisation of a multi-site operations manager to successfully co-ordinate all 15 unitsin the current portfolio.Candidate Requirements & Expectations:• Full UK driving licence, able to tow a trailer and willing to travel.• Good Catering and Hospitality experience.• Great client, customer relation & supplier negotiation skills.• Self-Driven, Professional and Energetic.• Able to stay away from home for long periods of time, sometimes camping is required.• Able to adapt, forward plan and utilise a wide range different skill sets.• Able to work under pressure.• Assertiveness, great leadership skills, good communication and organisational skills.• Managing and working closely with your team on their tasks and performance.• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.• Controlling stock and suppliers; creating rotas & menus.• Recruiting, training and managing staff.• Operating and maintaining our fleet of catering trailers.This job asks a lot, but also gives a lot in return:• Starting salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.• Company car• Company events• Discounted or free food• Employee discount• Free or subsidised travel• Free parking• On-site parking• Relocation assistance• Sick pay• Loyalty bonus• Tips• Yearly bonusApart from all this, you could be catering for some of the most prestigious clients across the UK and beyond.If sounds like the job you’ve been waiting for, then don’t waste any time: apply online now and I will contact you for an initial telephone interview!
