NW - 26858AD Plant OperatorNorthumberland£28,000 - £40,000Alecto Recruitment are looking for an experienced AD Plant Operator to work with our client, covering a small scale crop fuelled Anaerobic Digestion site in Northumberland area.AD Plant Operator Role: * The role is to operate and maintain plant efficiency in the most effective way by optimising the output of the Plant resources and processes within it. * The successful candidate will play an integral part in our team and be responsible for production processes: managing, monitoring, and maintaining plant operations to deliver maximum availability and efficiency - whilst ensuring the highest possible safetyand environmental standards are applied. * There is a need to work collaboratively as a team member and function independently under own initiative. * We are seeking a driven, committed and motivated individual who must be flexible with working hours and have the ability to respond to breakdowns whilst being part of an on call rota.AD Plant Operator Qualifications/Experience: * Preferably knowledge of anaerobic operation (but not essential) * WAMITAB level 2 experience would also be desirable with mechanical knowledge including loader experience, but training is available for the right candidate.To apply for this role please send your CV to or call for more information.Equally if this role would not be of interest to you but may be for a suitable friend or colleague, we can offer paid referral fees for successful placements
